International ASET is searching for a talented and motivated Public Relation and/or Event and Conference Administrator to join our team in Ottawa and to do the administrative work to organize outstanding and unforgettable events. You will be responsible for every part of event preparations, such as inviting people, approving the registrations, developing the related programs, and evaluating success afterward.
As an administrative officer, you should be well-organized and possess a sound knowledge of communication and event management administration. Excellent communication and attention to detail skills are vital in this role.
**Requirements**:

- At least one year experience as an public relation officer or event coordinator.
- Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
- Outstanding management skills.
- Degree in public relation or event planning management are preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$42,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Orléans, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Public Relation or Administrator: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (required)
