Our client is looking for a Senior Data Analyst who will support the CRM and E-commerce business by driving critical analytics initiatives. This role focuses on customer segmentation, email performance, and consent analysis, delivering actionable insights that optimize business performance and drive customer engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will excel at analyzing large, complex datasets and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions.


Email & CRM Analytics

  • Conduct email frequency analysis to understand program effectiveness by customer segment and build models for ongoing optimization.
  • Automate email performance reporting using Sigma.
  • Monitor and report on the health of customer dashboards via monthly CRM reports in Sigma.

Customer Segmentation & Insights

  • Perform segmentation analysis to identify average purchase cycles and key customer behaviors.
  • Deliver data-driven segmentation analyses to identify high-engagement customer cohorts for targeted campaigns.

Consent Hygiene & Reporting

  • Lead consent analysis and the data cleansing process across SFSC, SFMC, and Snowflake to ensure accurate consent data.
  • Develop monthly reports to monitor email file health, acquisition rates, and consent segmentation.

Campaign Optimization

  • Partner with CRM and email teams to identify and test data-driven use cases in digital marketing campaigns.
  • Target specific customer cohorts for strategic initiatives, such as private shopping experiences or personalized outreach.

Data Modeling & Visualization

  • Build statistical models for customer behavior insights, leveraging techniques like regression analysis and time series analysis.
  • Develop data visualizations within Sigma to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.


Key Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field, with a focus on customer behavior, segmentation, and campaign analysis.
  • Proven experience handling large, complex datasets, preferably in omnichannel retail environments.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
  • Advanced experience with Snowflake for database reporting and modeling.
  • Hands-on experience creating visualizations in Sigma or similar BI tools.
  • Proficiency in statistical tools such as R or Python for predictive modeling, regression analysis, and machine learning (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer data platforms (CDPs).
  • Solid understanding of statistical modeling techniques, including A/B testing, regression analysis, and time series analysis.
