As a Retail & Commercial Pricing Analyst, you will support our marketing and assortment managers and our Store Network by providing robust pricing analysis and key insights that strengthen the Partsource brand with our customers and that deliver against the category level objectives and financial goals.

**What you will do**
- Analyze, and respond to, competitive pricing concerns raised by store staff and the sales force
- Analysing and implementing promotional and clearance pricing strategies
- Leverage CPM, AMDR, PDM, and PartsWatch systems to enable PS to quote, and offer, products to both PS & CTR customers.
- Provide competitive pricing recommendations for regular, promotional and clearance pricing strategies that are consistent with the CTR Automotive CBM team’s insight and analysis of market data.
- In-depth analysis of competitive shop data, price match data, research, and reporting on CTR dealer pricing issues, to develop and recommend optimal pricing strategies for retail and commercial.
- Analyze pricing strategy options and initiatives. Provide recommendations for price architecture and process improvement.
- Participate in special projects to identify, analyze, and make recommendations on opportunities. Leverage knowledge of parts and the industry to identify relevant benchmarks and pricing architecture for newly introduced parts (includes regional and stepped pricing)
- Manage operational relationships with the Retail and Commercial team to ensure effective coordination, communication, and timely execution of price updates.
- Manage & coordinate all incoming price shop information.
- Manage competitive intelligence to leverage data for decision-making through the competitive shop database.
- Ensure PS offers competitive and profitable retail and commercial pricing.
- Comply with and carry out all environment, health, and safety accountabilities to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, personal safety and the safety of others.

**What you bring**
- SQL/Access/Knime (Optional)
- Advanced Excel knowledge (Vlookups, pivot tables, macros, different types of formulas)
- Pricing/Cost/Margin/Profitability Analysis and Modelling
- Knowledge of Automotive parts is a bonus.
- Tableau/Power BI will be a nice to have going forward.

- Problem solver who can promptly resolve pricing/pricing error issues.
- Ability to work with various cross functional teams (Marketing/PS-Inventory, able to build relationships with CT pricing teams)
