**About the Position**:
The Food Production Associates (FPAs) are the building blocks of our business. Under the guidance of the Production Supervisor, the FPAs rotate through various production lines involved in the production of our end products. In cooperation with the Food Production Quality Assurance (FPQA) team, the FPAs ensure that product quality and food safety standards are met without compromise. This full-time position will require FPAs to work from Monday to Friday out of our newly developed production facility in Richmond. The production lines currently operate from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

**What you will do**:

- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Follow the established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Adhere to product processing specifications while working on a variety of production lines
- Abide by GMP and WorkSafeBC regulations
- Ensure the proper, safe and efficient performance of duties
- Observe and maintain product quality and food safety standards

**Who you are**:

- Enjoy performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Able to tolerate cooler facility temperature
- Capable of working with minimum supervision in a team environment
- Possess good communication skills (English oral and written)
- Available to work overtime on occasion when requested
- Bring experience from a food production environment (asset)

**Logistical Requirements**:
This full-time opportunity will require FPAs to work Monday to Friday, out of our newly developed production facility at 23220 Fraserwood Way, Richmond. Our production lines operate from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a staggered shift schedule. Occasionally, FPAs will be requested to work overtime to meet deadlines and departmental goals.

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
