Title**:Production Associate**

Overview:
The Production Associate will be responsible for working within the Operations team. Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Production Associate will assist in the daily functions of the Pick & Pack, Receiving and Production departments while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

The Production Associate will regularly work cross functionally within the Operations team to provide support, as needed and requested by the Operations Manager.

**General**:
Report directly to Operations Manager, while working cross-functionally with the Operations teams and interacting regularly with individual department Leads to ensure that the Company’s operational, business development and strategic priorities are aligned with operational performance.

Be available to work onsite at the Company office and site/facility, and to travel to other places of business as required from time to time, for the benefit of the Company, at the direction of the Operations Manager.

Perform assigned tasks and responsibilities efficiently and effectively. This includes meeting deadlines, achieving performance goals, and delivering high-quality work.

Maintain a professional demeanor and behavior in and out of the workplace. This includes dressing appropriately, treating colleagues and customers with respect, and following company policies and procedures.

The Employee should actively listen, express themselves clearly, and communicate information promptly and accurately to colleagues, managers, and clients.

Work well with others, contribute to group projects, share knowledge and ideas, and resolve conflicts constructively.

Ensure adaptability and willingness to take on new tasks or responsibilities as required, including adjusting to shifting priorities, and learning new skills.

**Core Responsibilities**:
Work with the Operations team, under the direction of a Team Lead (Inventory, Processing, and Pick & Pack) to perform various production and processing activities with cannabis products, including flower packaging/bagging, order picking and inventory handling and fulfillment, and other routine cleaning and administrative duties, as needed.

Prepare and inspect finished goods and processed flower for irregularities (labeling issues, excise stamping, contaminants, defects, imperfections, etc.) and inform the team Lead of non-conformity.

Assist with troubleshooting any issues that may arise within the processing or other operations.

Assist to ensure orders are consistently shipped out in a timely manner, and without shipping or packing errors.

Understand and adhere to Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and maintain quality control measures in accordance with them.

Develop and refine processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and increase customer value.

Ensure tasks are done in a way that adheres to compliance, security and safety standards at all times.Ensure the day-to-day compliance and completion of all operational duties related to the Licenses with Health Canada, especially as it pertains to record keeping, security, health and safety, regular reporting and general compliance (personnel, communications, etc.).

Process record keeping documents and other data and ensure that information is accurately entered into the correct system. Update records as necessary.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
