**Requirements**:

- **Own Vehicle & Tools**:

- Possess a reliable vehicle for transportation to job sites.
- Have your own set of tools required for painting tasks.
- **Registered Business and WSIB Compliance**:

- Operate as a registered business in compliance with local regulations.
- Stay up to date with Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) requirements.
- **Full-Time Availability**:

- Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend availability.
- **Positive Attitude and Team Player**:

- Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure project success.

**Additional Skills and Requirements**:

- **Experience and Skill Set**:

- Proven experience as a painter.
- Additional experience in exterior painting, spray cabinetry, wallpapering, or other specialized areas.
- **Surface Preparation**:

- Knowledge of proper surface preparation techniques, including sanding, patching, and priming.
- **Material Knowledge**:

- Familiarity with different types of paints, stains, and finishes.
- **Safety Awareness**:

- Adherence to safety guidelines and best practices in the use of equipment and materials.
- **Attention to Detail**:

- Keen attention to detail to ensure a high-quality finish.
- **Customer Service Skills**:

- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and understanding their preferences.

- Ability to manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
