**Ftp Design Inc.** is seeking a full-time **Painter** to join our team in **Greater Toronto Area, ON**.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in residential painting, commercial painting, or commercial painting. Commercial painting experience required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with spray on paint. Commercial spray on paint experience is a plus
- A minimum of 2 years of college education or equivalent experience.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A basic knowledge of the proper tools and equipment used in residential painting.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
- Must be able to climb ladders and work at heights.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to climb stairs and work at heights multiple times per day.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Duties include:

- Painting ceilings, walls, doors, and other ceilings and trim as needed.
- Painting windows, siding, and gutters as needed.
- Painting exterior doors, siding, and gutters as needed.
- Painting interior surfaces such as walls, doors, floors, and ceiling using paint rags or roll-on paint cans as needed.
- Removing old paint from surfaces and repain using appropriate tools when necessary.
- Painting all-important areas such as mold remediation, electrical panels, etc., as needed by the owner or tenant as needed by the company owner for any home that we are servicing during the course of our service contract with the homeowner.

**Salary**: $16.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Tips

**Experience**:

- painting: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
