**Who We Are?**

Scotiabank's Campus Recruitment and Talent Development Team determines and executes the overall campus talent attraction and development function of the organization. The team acts as a crucial partner to the business by attracting, assessing, selecting, and developing top campus talent from around the world. Developing this young professional talent is at the core of what we do at Scotiabank, where the focus in on customization, knowing that in a diverse organization the individual's needs matter The Campus Recruitment and Talent Development Team is responsible for finding and developing future leaders by promoting Scotiabank's key strategic advantages, international footprint, and unique people culture through the use of technologies, social media and social learning platforms.

The team is part of the Global Human Resources group at Scotiabank which is a strategic corporate function based around the world where we operate. Human Resources’ goal is to build sustainable human capability globally to support Scotiabank’s business strategies and priorities. HR professionals perform a variety of jobs including: building and implementing HR solutions specific to the environment and needs of each of our business lines; developing, designing and communicating policies, processes and programs to optimize the investment in people resources; providing advice, direct delivery and support to employees in matters related to employee relations, payroll, training and development and recruitment and selection.

**Your Career as a Campus Recruitment Consultant**:
Our campus development programs are part of a strategic talent priority for Scotiabank in attracting and developing the brightest and best talent to build a strong pipeline of future leaders. This role is vital to ensuring the programs are provided with top high-potential talent that will be coached, developed, and mentored through our rotational programs. Strategically, you will be responsible for challenging the design of the campus recruitment strategy for your portfolio of programs as well as acting as a key liaison between the business and program manager(s) as well as the campus recruitment team in order to translate business needs into campus hiring targets and strategy.

**Qualifications/ Requirements**:

- >2 years of work experience in talent attraction or program management, within campus, having exhibited a high degree of performance
- Experience managing a large number of relationships
- Experience in the Financial Industry is an asset
- A creative and enthusiastic attitude
- A good understanding of HR Management Practices
- Ability to effectively sell and market positions within the organization
- Strong mentorship and leadership abilities
- Strong relationship management skills
- Well-organized, and can prioritize multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and positive attitude
- Superior verbal and written communications skills
- Adaptable with the ability to quickly adjust to a changing environment
- Intellectual curiosity and the desire to learn and make an impact
