The Opportunity: TechVision is seeking an ambitious, driven, and entrepreneurial minded professional to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant. This is a great opportunity for any Recruitment Consultant that is looking to work for a fast-growing organization where they will be greatly rewarded for their successes.
Job Responsibilities: for the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, completing references, and negotiating compensation. a network of passive candidates within the Technology industries including cold-calling and sourcing through social media a pipeline of candidates for open roles with regular communication qualified candidates in a timely manner to fill job orders from the Client Services team creative sourcing techniques to uncover both active and passive talent through internal candidate database and external websites including LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed and other creative means. well written and compelling candidate presentations to showcase and highlight the match between the sourced talent and our client's requirements. revenue by successfully engaging and building long term relationships with talent that aligns them with current and future opportunities.
Skills and Knowledge Required: years of recruitment experience experience of LinkedIn recruitment and ability to use Corporate LinkedIn Recruiter tools for sourcing candidates Internet research skills attention to detail with solid organizational and multitasking skills individual with a high degree of tenacity to achieve results sense of urgency
