**As a Tiffany Seasonal Administrative Assistant you will**:

- Answer phone lines. Take accurate, timely phone messages.
- Book and prepare comprehensive travel arrangements (for complicated domestic itineraries) as needed (flights, hotels, car rentals, reservations, etc.).
- Create and compile detailed Excel, Word and PowerPoint documents.
- Assist in the logístical preparation of conferences and meetings including selecting the site, finalizing contract, coordinating the catering, AV and conference room. Assist in conference material preparation.
- Read documents in order to maintain an organized system for both electronic and hard copy files for department use.
- Initiate and maintain departmental filing, photocopying, ordering supplies, distribute mail and coordinate shipping.
- Departmental representative for accounts payable; invoice and file departmental bills.
- Special projects as assigned by Officers, Manager and/or Department.

**Experience**

Required:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail a must
- Team player
- Ability to show initiative and flexibility.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload

Desired:

- A college/university degree.
