**6 Month Term**

Our **Shipping Clerks** are key players when it comes to making sure that our products are **tracked, shipped** and **invoiced **in a way that keeps business running smoothly. With a love for the details and an understanding of shipping, they help **build our customers’ trust** that product will be there when they need it.

We’re looking for a **temporary Shipping Clerk** to join our Oriented Strand Board (OSB) mill located in** Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan**. Meadow Lake employs 155 employees and safely and sustainably produces 730 million square feet of OSB every year for customers around the world so they can build their homes and their communities.
- Experience using **Microsoft Excel and Dynamics.**:

- **Forklift operation certification**.
- Strong **communication skills**.
- **Previous experience in shipping or related area** would be an asset.

In this role you will:

- **Keep accurate records** of all shipments.
- Ensure all **invoicing and bills of lading** are completed accurately and take accountability for **inventory tracking**.
- **M**anage month end balance sheets** and **export documentation**.
- Assist the Shipper with **loading trucks** when needed.
