**Service Receptionist/Cashier**:
**Responsibilities**:
Greet customers in a pleasant and professional manner.
Complete and present customer invoices.
Receive cash, cheque and credit card payments from customers; record amounts received in excel document.
Provide refunds or credit memorandums to customers for returned merchandise.
Operate cash register.
Reconcile cash drawer daily.
Balance daily sales from Parts and Service departments with cash, cheque and credit cards received for payment.
Finalize invoices on computer system (CDK Global) by indicating amount paid and method of payment.
Refer customers who have questions about the work performed, additional maintenance or repairs, etc. to the service advisor or other appropriate departmental individual.
Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refer dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individual for resolution.
Maintain and file repair orders daily.
Receive Repair Order and Parts Invoices, when completed, from the departments and places RO's in pending file until customer claims car.
Close all open invoices.
Assist Service and Reception departments with telephone coverage.
Provide clerical and secretarial assistance to Service department.
Maintains a professional appearance.
Keeps work area neat and clean.
Performs other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Organized and strong attention to detail.
Team player, quick thinker and multi-tasking skills.
Good computer skills (Excel, Microsoft word, CDK Global).
Must be available to work evenings (to 6:30pm) and Saturdays (7:00am - 2:00pm) if required.
