**Position Overview**: We are looking for a driven and ambitious Commission-Only HVAC Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who are passionate about sales and HVAC solutions. If you're ready to take charge of your income potential, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored HVAC solutions.
- Conduct on-site assessments and presentations to prospective clients.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.
- Report sales activities and progress to management.

**Compensation**:

- This is a commission-only position. High earning potential based on performance.
- Commissions will be structured as follows: Tiered commission based on type of equipment and sales made

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in HVAC sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
