**Role Overview**

The Manager of Childcare Programming is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and quality of the childcare programs offered at our Saskatoon centre. This position ensures that all childcare programs meet or exceed licensing standards, align with ProducKIDvity’s philosophy, and provide an enriching, inclusive, and safe environment for children.

You will work collaboratively with educators, families, and the leadership team to ensure program success and foster a community of growth and development.

**Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Development & Implementation**
- Design and oversee childcare programs for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and after-school care, ensuring alignment with provincial early learning frameworks.
- Introduce innovative activities and curriculum to enhance children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Develop and maintain a seasonal, rotating menu in collaboration with the kitchen team, ensuring alignment with Canada’s Food Guide and allergy awareness policies.

**Compliance & Quality Assurance**
- Ensure all programs adhere to Saskatchewan licensing regulations and ProducKIDvity standards.
- Conduct regular audits of program activities, health, and safety protocols to maintain compliance and excellence.

**Team Leadership & Training**
- Hire, train, and mentor educators, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
- Schedule and manage staff hours to align with budget and operational needs, including extended hours and curriculum planning.
- Organize ongoing professional development opportunities for educators.

**Family & Community Engagement**
- Act as the primary point of contact for families, addressing concerns, providing updates, and encouraging feedback.
- Host family nights, open houses, and community events to strengthen relationships with families and the Saskatoon community.

**Operational Management**
- Collaborate with the District Manager and Head Office to implement organizational initiatives.
- Support enrollment efforts by conducting tours and ensuring a welcoming experience for prospective families.
- Manage the program budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.

**QualificationsEducation & Certification**
- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE Level III or equivalent required).
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.

**Experience**
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in childcare programming, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing childcare curriculum.

**Skills**
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Familiarity with Brightwheel or other childcare management software is an asset.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
