**Responsibilities**:
- Establish relationship with terminated group plan members and review their investments and provide guidance related to their financial needs- Review investments and help with asset consolidation- Contribute to sales target and asset retention- Receives and responds to routine plan enquiries and requests from clients- Takes direction from, and supports, senior team members- Attends internal training sessions to build knowledge of industry topics and trends- Assists with special projects, as required

**Requirements**:
- Bilingualism (English and French) is required- Valid and active Insurance of person license in Quebec (1a) an asset- 0 to 2 years of sales experience in the financial services industry- Knowledge of Defined Contribution pension plans, Defined Benefit and tax legislation- Exceptional client service with strong professional acumen- Dedicated team player, who demonstrates initiative and independence- Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills- Advance proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook); expert proficiency in Excel- CEBS or PPAC an asset
