**Who are we looking for**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead recruitment efforts, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Coordinate yearly performance review within your region, following the global template and guidelines.
- Coordinate the training programs planning and execution, working with global HR and regional leadership.
- Implement engagement programs, surveys, and activities to enhance employee morale, satisfaction, and overall well-being.
- Analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing HR strategies and addressing organizational challenges.
- Collaborate with finance and leadership to manage compensation structures, benefits packages, and incentive programs that attract and retain top talent.
- Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and ethical standards, ensuring the company's HR practices remain compliant and aligned with industry norms.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage HR technology solutions to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy and reporting capabilities.

**MUST Have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in human resources roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Client orientation
- Fluent English
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
