**About the Role**
This role will support the administrative processes owned by the team, including document control, quality assurance verification, and reporting.
- **Location**: NE, Calgary

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Verify and file manufacturing traceability documentation such as certificates of conformance, material traceability reports, and inspection reports
- Review upcoming orders and prioritize Quality Document Package completion. Complete Quality Document Packages and Green Light shipments as required
- Review Q-Stop to complete the Technical receiving activities required to release product to Assembly. Ensure all QA related documents are uploaded to SharePoint
- Complete assigned set-out inspections prior to Assembly
- Verify Product Traceability Reports for upcoming orders with Material Handlers
- Perform PPAs and Observational Competencies as scheduled in MS Outlook
- Where any requirements listed above are not met, initiate an NCR. Follow-up on any QDA initiated NCRs to determine closure status

**Knowledge Skills and Abilities**
- Minimum 3 years experience in data entry and technical administration
- Excellent oral & written communication skills, and drive to follow through to meet deadlines.
- Proven analytical skills in interpreting data to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
- Ability to work with others in cross functional team environment
- Comfortable with change, dynamic work environment and ability to perform time sensitive tasks under pressure
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Excel, SharePoint
