The primary function of the
**National Presales and Launch Manager** will be responsible for developing, planning, coordinating, and executing the Presales and Launch training designed to meet organizational needs of new and resale Orangetheory Fitness Studios in Canada. Through this role, the National Presales and Launch Manager will provide expert support to Orangetheory Fitness franchise owners, as they prepare for and launch a 16- to 18-week presales program, train and prepare for Grand Opening and eventually onboard towards regular sales and operations procedures..

**HERE'S WHAT THE ROLE WILL ENTAIL**:

- Be the **primary point of contact for presales and launch assistance** and support throughout the entire length of a presales project.
- Support with the **onboarding** of new/resale franchisees following the receipt of their welcome package; direct contact for the franchisees pertaining to any operations, platforms, resources, training they need from Welcome Package to the opening of their studio. You will also be the key contact that handshakes specialist from sales, fitness and operations where needed to support the franchisee.
- **Coordinate and deliver OTFC Sales, Operations and Fitness Presale and Launch training** - specifically:

- Deliver Presales Training
- Deliver Sales and Operations Launch Training
- Coordinate Fitness Launch Training
- Coordinate the handshakes of key individuals for fitness and sales training and perpetual support up to 10 weeks post studio opening
- Effectively train and develop franchisees and studio staff on **presales set up**, operations and execution
- **Hold weekly (minimum) set-up and preparation meetings** via telephone or zoom, following presales training and through to opening day - use these calls:

- to provide operations training, sales, marketing, and prospecting strategies to reach sales goals.
- Work with franchise owners to determine team preparedness to begin full presales efforts.
- touch base on important topics and action items.
- record all communications on a tracker and ensure action plans are being met.
- Consult with Franchise Owners and Director of Studio Performance to **develop a clear map of sales strategies**, prospecting/outreach activities, guerilla marketing and lead generation to drive membership sales. While on-site, lead, train and implement these sales sales/prospecting efforts to reach sales goals.
- **Maintain a library of business development tactics** for guerilla marketing and lead generation for both presale and open studios. Proficiently demonstrate the execution of these above tactics for franchisees, studio managers and studio staff while on site. Determine **ROI on marketing dollars** across the studios to help with future strategies.
- **Track and rank presale numbers** weekly establishing national and regional benchmarks for future studios.
- **Maintain all presales training and support materials** for accuracy.
- Work with Director of Studio Performance on ensuring all Presales ‘Sales’ tools are appropriately up to date.
- Continue to **seek and implement new presale initiatives & resources**.
- Operate as a **back up to our helpdesk** team and provide support for MBO data work projects.
- Other related duties as appropriate and required.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU**
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
- Fitness industry experience strongly desired.
- Strong working knowledge of marketing, social media, and outreach strategies
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of staff (owners, managers, and employees) to drive performance and participate in ongoing training initiatives.
- Excellent presentation facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication.
- Experience in creating training materials and course curriculum is a plus.
- Strong computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint and other MS programs
- Proven track record of hitting goals and meeting / exceeding sales expectations

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**
This job operates 50% in a professional office environment and 50% in a studio operations and sales role. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

**POSITION TYPE**
This is a full-time position.
