Duties
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Serves customers with food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner - Present ordered choices in a prompt and efficient manner - Take orders via phone and handle P.O.S - Collaborate with the kitchen staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders - Maintain dining ambiance with an enthusiastic attitude and provide excellent customer service during customers' dining experience - Ability to multitask and to cater to multiple groups at one time - Set tables and rearrange the dining area to accommodate larger groups and prepare the restaurant for special events
- Mop and sweep the dining area - Perform opening and closing duties
