Plumbing Foreman/woman

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Foreman/Woman to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed efficiently and according to specifications.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Read and interpret project blueprints, schematics, and plans
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project tracking
- Conduct quality control inspections to guarantee work meets standards
- Manage project budgets and assist in construction estimating
- Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction supervision and management
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting construction plans
- Familiarity with tools like Bluebeam for project documentation
- Strong knowledge of budgeting and cost control within construction projects
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members, clients, and vendors
- Ability to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Pay: $40.00-$42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
