**Key Responsibilities**:

- Hire and onboard seasonal staff for summer programs
- Conduct interviews and organize training sessions for new coaches with head or lead coaches
- Coordinate seasonal programs (Fall, Winter, Spring, with Summer being the most critical season)
- Create and manage staff and program schedules
- Manage inventory and equipment
- Submit staff hours for payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with club policies for staff and volunteers
- Provide coordination and support to coaches during the seasons
- Step in to coach or cover for coaches when necessary

**Reports to**: Technical Director and Operations Manager

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.50-$22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
