Healthcare Services and will be responsible for the overall business development aspects of
Mobile Healthcare business and ensure the efficient day to day running of the business with the support of the Operations Director.

The Associate will be empowered to be themselves, develop a plan that they believe in and put their heart on their sleeves for the development of the business.
- **Key Responsibilities**_
- Building relationships with potential referral partners (to include but not be limited to social workers, hospital care staff and care facilities) Current clients and Caregivers, throughout our region by telling the story of Mobile Healthcare, telling the story of our clients’ experience, and telling the story of the caregivers’ experience.
- Supporting hiring process, with help from the operations team.
- Keeping accurate records with attention to detail
- Advocating for both the employees and the clients. This is like being a matchmaker and paying attention to the multiple stakeholders.
- Developing client care plans with new clients with the help of the Clinical Director, clients and client’s family as is appropriate.
- Being compassionate, responsive, and going the extra mile.
- Acting as a creative problem solver and team player. Supporting team members to care deeply and bring their best selves to this important work every day.
- Ensuring the compliance and structured implementation of the various people policies and practices

- Experience in Healthcare industry
- Experience in Sales and Marketing a bonus
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Self directed with a strong track record of strong people leadership skills including: selection, development and providing real-time performance feedback and support to individual team members.
- Experience working in a progressive, entrepreneurial organization.
- Possess active listening skills and enjoy hearing other people’s stories.
- Have the confidence and vulnerability to be an advocate for our employees and our clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suites and experience with scheduling technologies
- Practical experience with scheduling, budgeting, and payroll is an asset
- Ability to handle difficult situations and if needed to pivot.
- Recent experience of being able to project manage the implementation of critical initiatives and policies
- Self starter with a positive, can-do attitude
- Valid Driver's license
- Sales/marketing experience an asset
- Previous experience in the healthcare field would be an advantage

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
