**Program Review Report Writer**

Reporting to the Associate Dean, Centre for Teaching & Learning and in support of the Dean, Continuing Education and Academic Quality, the incumbent provides support for the annual Comprehensive Program Review process. The incumbent is responsible for a variety of notetaking, data collection, and report writing for the department including, but not limited to, attending all stakeholder sessions and documenting session minutes, attending analysis sessions and documenting program recommendations, working with Faculty and Associate Deans/Managers to draft final reports, action items, and appendices.

The incumbent is required to work during all events, which could be held in the evenings and weekends. Therefore, weekday hours will vary to accommodate event dates and times. Access to transportation and the ability to work at all of Mohawk College campuses and delivery sites is required.

The incumbent is also a cohesive liaison between the Centre of Teaching & Learning and other departments in the College, external partners, and community stakeholders.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The duties of this position will include, but are not limited to the following:
**Notetaking and documentation**

The incumbent attends all scheduled meetings and stakeholder feedback sessions related to the Comprehensive Program Review (PR) process.
- Compile and arrange information and data gathered through PR sessions including but not limited to, Stakeholder feedback sessions, Institutional Research session, and the analysis session.
- Work with Professors, Curriculum and Program Quality Consultants (CPQCs) and Program Review Leads (PRLs) to organize information according to the needs of each program area and the Report requirements.
- Reviews meeting minutes with CPQC and PRL to confirm accuracy.
- Store meeting minutes and raw notes according to college processes and policies.
- Reviews, evaluates, and reports on all activities and events; determines best practices, suggestions for improvements.
- Captures program of study and program related information from the college website.
- Tracks dates, times, and meeting attendance as required. Assists with scheduling of sessions.
- Discusses/identifies need for additional support with AD, CTLI.

**Final Report & Appendices**
- Drafts Comprehensive Program Review Final Report, Action Items, and Appendices.
- Maintains files storage and assists program area with access to PR documents.
- Reviews draft with Program Review Leads (PRLs) and Professors, Curriculum and Program Quality Consultants, to ensure accuracy and alignment with data collected through the PR process.
- Ensures accurate information and messaging is being conveyed.
- With support of CPQCs & Ad, CTL, guides Program Review Team to identify action items resulting from data collected.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
The successful applicant must have:

- A minimum of two year post-secondary education in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or related fields; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of one year of experience, in a service-oriented or academic environment; knowledge of report development.
- Demonstrated commitment and understanding of human rights, equity, diversity and inclusion with the ability to communicate and work effectively inter-culturally with diverse groups of students, employees and the community.
