**Your key responsibilities will be**
- Procuring for shop production activities
- Working with shop floor staff
- Procurement of project-specific parts and components
- Ensuring consistent stock levels on commonly used parts
- In depth use of ERP software to track production jobs, organize procurement, manage shipments and receipts, and process inventory and stock movements
- Work closely with Accounting and Inventory departments to ensure timely invoicing of completed projects and accurate reporting of inventory flow
- Coordinate with Engineering department on build instructions, Bills of Materials, and project revisions as necessary
- Communicate with customers on sold projects
- Arranging delivery and pickup of products
- Working effectively with Sales and Service teams to coordinate project expectation, deliveries, new equipment commissioning, etc.
- Taking on anything that is sent your way, and making it happen

**Requirements**:

- We cannot stress enough that strong computer aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software programs and procedures is a critical and non-negotiable skill required for this job
- Comfort in a fast-paced and constantly changing working environment
- Ability to produce consistent quality of work under pressure
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to identify and solve problems through meticulous planning and careful execution with little oversight or direction
- Great attention to detail
- A team player with excellent written/verbal communication skills (English)
- Strong consideration will be given to individuals with experience in any/all of the following areas:

- Management & Leadership
- Production/Manufacturing management
- Automotive, mechanical, or electrical parts
- Our product offering
- ODOO ERP
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience is an asset
