We are seeking a positive self-starter like you to join our team as a Sales Consultant. As a key player, you will be responsible for expanding our community reach and maintaining a well-developed lead base to drive sales growth.
**Position**: Sales Consultant (joint role - responsible for sales at two retirement residences)
**Company**: Inspirit Residences & Maple View Terrace
**Location**: London, Ontario, Canada
**Job Type**: Full-time, In-person
**Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday with some weekend availability
**Salary**:Competitive salary + Attractive Commission/Incentive Program
**Responsibilities**:
- Actively promote and market the retirement residences to potential residents and their families.
- Conduct tours of the facilities, showcasing the amenities, services, and personalized care options available.
- Build strong relationships with prospective residents and families, understanding their needs and preferences to offer the most suitable solutions.
- Provide detailed information about the residences, pricing, and available options.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the local market and competitor offerings.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the customer base.
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work some weekends as needed.
- Knowledge of the London, Ontario area is an asset.
- Minimum two (2) years of proven success in direct sales, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Demonstrated expertise in customer and relationship-building sales techniques with a genuine interest in helping seniors and their families.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the local community responsibility area.
- Knowledge of the London, Ontario area is an asset.
- Proactive in building and maintaining a well-developed lead base to foster continuous growth.
- A passion for identifying new sales opportunities and cultivating client connections.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
