We are looking for psychologists and/or psychological associates who will contribute to our growing team of interdisciplinary clinicians, consultants, and researchers.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:

- Planning and implementing psychological interventions or programs empathically, sensitively, and independently;
- Conducting and assisting with psychological assessments sensitively and independently (i.e., file reviews, interviewing, psychometric testing, and writing comprehensive psychological reports);
- Maintaining appropriate records of own work, in line with College of Psychologists of Ontario standards;
- Participating in the preparation, delivery, and implementation of clinical training and presentations in the community;
- Collaborating on research projects consistent with the research/practitioner model of psychological service delivery; and
- Participating in individual and group format supervision required for registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology from a CPA- or APA-accredited program
- Registration or eligibility for registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO)
- 1-2 years of professional experience is preferred
- Fluency in French is not required, but would be an asset

**Salary**:

- $70,000-$130,000 per year

**About us**:
Beginning as a one-person practice, our team has grown to a dedicated and well-rounded group of clinicians and administrative staff. As a collaborative practice, we have multiple autonomous clinicians who take pride in working together as a team in order to best serve our community. Further, our team maintains an active research program with a particular focus on workplace mental health. As such, we understand that employee wellbeing is a key to health. We strive to maintain a healthy workplace in which our employees have the ability to thrive and advance in their careers, while sustaining their physical and mental health.

Collectively, we have over 60 publications, have led several large-scale studies, regularly present our research at national and international conferences, and have supervised over 30 graduate students. Additionally, many of us hold faculty positions at Laurentian University and Cambrian College.
