**JOB TITLE**:Customer Operations Associate

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, ever-changing and exciting startup environment, then this is the job for you In this role, you'll be working closely with the sales team, as well as other members of the operations department. You'll play a pivotal role in growing our business from day 1 and you'll be able to continuously share your ideas with us. What's more? **What You'll Do**
- Execute orders special attention to detail for quality, speed, fill, communication and price to provide the best customer experience possible
- Execute cost engineering strategies and order processes to maximize order profitability and order success
- Execute logistics optimization strategies (order combination strategy and transporter price negotiations) to maximize transport profitability
- Execute best-in-class customer and wholesale nursery supplier communication, including crisis management
- Execute all order-support activities including ticket servicing, collaborating with QA interns, getting NTO information, and managing COD supplier payments
- Estimate jobs with mínimal errors and optimal profits
- Estimate quotes accurately, and optimally

**What You'll Need**
- Operations & purchasing experience
- Customer management focus and ability to solve problems quickly
- Worked in estimation (a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Proven track record in surpassing targets
- Bachelor's degree in operations or a related field
- Written and spoken proficiency in English and French
- Experience working in horticulture (a plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Willingness to help out team members
