Re-buyer

We are Western Canada’s largest independent two-step hardware and building supply distributor that’s been in business for 35 years. We are looking for an energetic re-buyer who enjoys working in a busy environment and being part of a company that continues to grow year over year. We believe in the balance of family and career and looking for a long-term fit. We are currently looking for a full-time re-buyer for our Nanaimo branch between 30 and 32 hrs/week with the flexibility of a 4 day or 5 day week.

**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Key orders via re-order report
- Place, track and follow-up on all open orders
- Verify all invoices against orders for pricing and fulfillment
- Investigate and resolve back orders with vendors
- Set-up new items and vendors in database
- Maintain consistency and accuracy of database
- Establish, update and maintain min/max levels
- Review and complete all price changes and data updates
- Complete vendor/product related projects as needed.
- Maintain close contact with other departments and branches

- MS Office skills
- High School-Grade 12, a minimum of 1 year working experience in procurement or related field

**Salary**: $18.50-$20.00 per hour
