**JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE**:
To oversee and assist our residents to ensure Lepine standards are reached and all residents are safe.
**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Receive and assist tenants with suite work orders and requests.
- Receive and where possible address tenant complaints.
- Greet prospective tenants and visitors warmly and make them feel welcomed.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with tenants, contractors and building staff.
- Receive and register contractors.
- Receive and redirect packages etc.
- Ensure that common spaces and lobby are always clean and tidy.
- Review security shift logs and address any issues.
- Liaise with the security company and ensures guards are properly trained.
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for security in new buildings and update SOPs in existing buildings as necessary
**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:
- 2 Years Experience
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Security Background
- Experience handling emergency situations (elevator shut downs, trespassers)
- Bilingualism would be considered an asset
