As we continue to elevate the standard of luxury living, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Luxury Apartment Building Concierge.
**Job Summary**: As a Luxury Apartment Building Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional living environment for our residents. You will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, providing impeccable customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities within the building.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Operations**:
- Greet residents, guests, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk/foyer/entrance area.
- **Security and Access Control**:
- Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
- Implement security protocols and procedures to safeguard residents and property.
- Coordinate with building management and security personnel to address any concerns.
- **Concierge Services**:
- Provide personalized concierge services such as making reservations, arranging transportation, and assisting with special requests.
- Act as a resource for residents by providing information about local amenities, services, and events.
- **Package Management**:
- Oversee the efficient handling and distribution of packages and deliveries to residents.
- Notify residents promptly of package arrivals and coordinate package pick-ups.
- **Emergency Response**:
- Act as a point of contact during emergencies, facilitating communication between residents and emergency services.
- Follow established emergency protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Assist with administrative duties, including maintaining resident records and updating databases.
- Collaborate with other building staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a similar concierge or customer service role, preferably in a luxury residential setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using computer systems and office software.
- Knowledge of local amenities, services, and attractions.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
