Under the direction of the Dean, Program Planning, Development and Renewal (PPDR), the incumbent is responsible for the ongoing development, oversight, monitoring, evaluation and, reporting requirements related to academic quality assurance, including the cyclical Academic Audit of PCPP(s); Standards of Practice for International Education; CQAAP; and program-specific accreditation audits. The incumbent also provides oversight to the Annual Program Self-Audit process and ensuring that SLC is in compliance with Ministry requirements for Program Advisory Committees. The incumbent is responsible for coordinating follow-up reporting on all reviews and engages the applicable partners_._

**Qualifications**:
**Education and Experience**:

- Master’s degree in education, Curriculum Design/Development, Program Evaluation or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years experience researching, designing, delivering, evaluating and refining Quality Assurance systems.

**Other Required Qualifications**:

- Project management experience.
- Experience in research collection and analysis of data (qualitative and quantitative).
- Experience working in a high-volume environment requiring prioritizing, multitasking various projects, and meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize key activities
- Ability to develop policies and procedures
- Interpersonal skills to negotiate priorities and to resolve competing priorities among project partners (who are not direct reports)
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team and participate in consultative decision-making.
- Ability to coordinate and carry out long-term projects with mínimal supervision
- Ability to produce quality written documentation
- Focused on continuous quality improvement
- Adaptable and positive in response to challenge and change

**Physical/Work Environment Essential Requirements**:
The successful incumbent must have the ability to report to the work location and work temporarily from a remote location with reliable internet access, as approved by the College and in accordance with the college’s Telework Policy.

**Salary & Terms**:

- **Admin Group**:Pay Band 10: $83,443-$104,303 per annum, commensurate on education and experience. In addition to the salary, the position is eligible for pay for performance.
