As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a **City 5 Ton Driver** who will be responsible for picking up and delivering freight in a timely and safe and secure manner. This role reports to the Operations Manager. The incumbent takes charge of the entire loading/picking/delivering/completing paperwork process to ensure all orders are complete and meet appointment times in & around the Calgary area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Loading the outbound truck
- Maintains process management, and paperwork
- Use ELD
- Get customer signature on a tablet app at time of pickup and delivery
- Ensures compliance with all appropriate policies, best practices and safety rules
- Willing to work occasional extended hours as required and able to handle up to 50 pound boxes
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications & Key Competencies**:

- Class 5 Drivers Licence
- Forklift Certified an asset
- Experience in a Distribution Centre/Warehouse role desirable
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Good analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
- Ability to meet urgent deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently

**Hours and Location**:

- Monday to Friday: 07:00 - 17:00
- Terminal Location: Calgary, AB

**Remuneration**:
$24.00 - $26.00 per hour depending on experience
