After more than three decades of fine-tuning, product development, and loads of hard work, we have what you see today. We serve over 40,000 people a week in our 13 GTA locations.

Today, we are defined as a mainstream casual dining restaurant with an integrated sports bar area that caters to the community and local businesses. We provide friendly, attentive service in a relaxed environment and prepare everything fresh on site.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join and support our team in Mississauga.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Supervise efficient working of departments and assigned shifts, and administer pre-shift meetings for all service of staff.
- Monitor and manage guest complaints, ensure satisfaction and administer efficient follow up for same to receive feedback.
- Coordinate with supervisors and kitchen teams for everyday operation and maintain financial and administrative records.
- Manage workload and ensure effective working of restaurant activities and maintain excellent standards to meet operational expectations.
- Train and instruct employees to ensure smooth transition in company. - Assist employee teams to provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain proper sanitation, hygiene standards in kitchen and maintain effective store presentation.
- Coordinate with team to meet sales target, ensure customer satisfaction and follow company procedures to increase productivity.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an assistant manager in a fast-paced restaurant
- Proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant functions: food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and preparation of reports.
- Must be able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities and recommend appropriate solutions to restaurant problems.
- Must possess strong communication skills for supervising and motivating diverse staff, and hold a strong customer service orientation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 45-50 per week

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
