**POSITION PROFILE**:
The General Manager of the Norwood Hotel is responsible for all aspects of hotel operations by leading, coaching, and mentoring hotel employees, supervisors and managers, ensuring the maximization of revenues, market share through the development of a strong service culture and entrepreneurial spirit that displays the values and vision of our company. Your leadership will drive the hotel’s success by fostering a culture of excellence among team members and maintaining the integrity of the brand.

- Lead and support the Operations, Housekeeping, Sales, Food & Beverage, Guest Services, and Maintenance teams

- Create and manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue streams to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability.

**Additional qualifications for this role include**:

- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a Senior Management role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Valid Driver's License
- Demonstrated experience developing key business strategies, processes, and financial budgets
- Strong computer and technical skills with the ability to interface with a variety of different technology platforms

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
