**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Experiential Learning & Innovation the incumbent is responsible for the development and implementation of branding, marketing, communications, and innovative solutions tools and strategies that support the division’s strategic and annual plans.

The incumbent is responsible for budget planning and resource allocation for marketing and systems activities within the division. Creating an annual Experiential Learning & Innovation Division marketing plan, the incumbent is tasked with delivering upon the marketing initiatives for each of the Experiential Learning & Innovation Division’s business units. The incumbent will uncover insights and deliver innovative marketing campaigns; generate strategies that grow market share and brand reputation; and improve customer experience and drive growth. The incumbent manages the Experiential Learning & Innovation Division’s partner promotion and lead generation initiatives. They develop and analyze various quantitative and qualitative criteria to measure engagement, experience, and satisfaction when interacting with industry and community partners. Additionally, the incumbent supervises the creation of internal and external communications that are sent on behalf of departments within the Experiential Learning & Innovation Division through newsletters, media releases, social media, and events. The incumbent collaborates with other departments as a voice for the Experiential Learning & Innovation Division on many College initiatives, committees, working groups and at appropriate recruitment and promotional events. The incumbent plans, implements, and oversees cohesive use of Information Management, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and CMS (Content Management System) software to strategically support the division's business needs and operations. This includes recommending, implementing, and monitoring the systems and tools used for decision-making, as well as internal and external reporting, which includes the production of standard and ad hoc reports as required by the Ministry, Government Agencies, and the College. The incumbent also enables novel communication and outreach strategies by developing key innovation initiatives across the division.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver an annual Experiential Learning & Innovation Division Marketing plan for Applied Research, Co-op, Career Services, Experiential Learning, MakerSpace & Entrepreneurship.- Plan, develop, and execute traditional and digital marketing initiatives.- Engage stakeholders, briefing creative teams for marketing campaigns.- Communicate internally via a wide variety of marketing methods.- Ensure brand alignment through all marketing activities and provides brand support to Experiential Learning & Innovation Division business units.- Manage content, feedback, timelines, departmental budget, and Experiential Learning & Innovation Division marketing deliverables.- Create and execute communication plans as an imbedded member of project teams for Experiential Learning & Innovation Division strategic initiatives.- Develop innovative initiatives, and special projects to support marketing and, communications activity and raise brand awareness.- Facilitate high profile tours and demonstrations of DARE district spaces for internal and external audiences.- Update Experiential Learning & Innovation Division on departmental initiatives.- Supervise the development and execution of internal communications pieces including quarterly newsletters, regular updates, and events.- Foster a culture of intrapreneurship that increases staff engagement by providing creative team building and idea development support.- Collaborate with other departments as a voice for Experiential Learning & Innovation Division on College initiatives, committees, working groups and at appropriate recruitment and promotional events.- Administer the platforms used to collect customer feedback data (qualitative and quantitative) used to inform Experiential Learning & Innovation Division’s business decisions.- Produce metrics to support Experiential Learning & Innovation Division Strategic Plan key measurements.- Develop, execute, and analyze a variety of different quantitative and qualitative criteria to measure client and partner experience, loyalty, and satisfaction.- Oversee Net Promoter Score (NPS) measurement across all Experiential Learning & Innovation Division business units.- Develop and execute internal and external high profile, Division-wide events and event participation strat
