**SOMMAIRE DES RESPONSABILITÉS**

Travaillant en coopération avec la Gestionnaire, Bureau des diplômés et du développement, l’agent(e) de soutien maintient l’intégrité de la base de données afin d’en garantir l’exactitude. Il aide les utilisateurs, établit et tient à jour des tableaux de bord pour les financements annuel et les campagnes.

Le titulaire produit des rapports sur le financement destiné aux parties prenantes à l’interne et à l’externe, il rédige la correspondance de reconnaissance envers les donateurs, et assure la surveillance des données électroniques et papier du service. À partir des bases de données, le titulaire génère des profils complets de donateurs potentiels, crée des listes de diffusion ciblées. Il veille au fonctionnement des outils de don en ligne, et effectue les processus de rapprochement financier mensuels.

**FONCTIONS PRINCIPALES**

**Administration**
- Effectuer la gestion quotidienne de la base de données (Raiser’s Edge de Blackbaud).
- Préparer et envoyer des accusés de réception et les reçus fiscaux pour tous les dons ainsi que des rappels de promesses de dons et de retards, conformément aux lignes directrices de Revenu Canada et des procédures de l’Université
- Concilier les dossiers entre la base de données de Raiser’s Edge et celle du service des finances sur une base mensuelle. (dons, dépôts et factures)
- Tenir à jour et améliorer les ressources de don en ligne
- Assurer l’intégrité de la base de données en effectuant des vérifications régulières des données.
- Mettre à jour et conserver un registre de tous les codes de suivi des dons et assigner des codes selon les protocoles de la base de données.
- Tenir à jour les systèmes de classement en ligne et papier du service
- Mettre à jour les pages Web du bureau des diplômés et du développement.
- Gérer les fusions de données et la production de listes de diffusions. Implémenter les conversions et mises à niveau de données futures lorsque nécessaire.
- Rester au fait des nouveaux développements et des nouvelles caractéristiques des systèmes de base de données et de don en ligne.

**Levée de fonds**
- Produire des demandes, des profils de donateurs, des tableaux de bord, des rapports personnalisés.
- Répondre aux demandes de parties prenantes à l’interne et à l’externe
- Assister les donateurs dans le processus de dons testamentaires

**Relations Alumni et événements**
- Collaborer avec l’association des diplômés pour événements annuels (Assemblée annuelle, foire emploi.)
- Rédiger des rapports hebdomadaires et trimestriels et tenir à jour un calendrier de collecte de fonds auprès des diplômés.
- Assister dans la planification et la communication des événements associés à la reconnaissance des donateurs et des diplômés.
- Préparer des communications auprès des diplômés et des donateurs.

**Expérience**:
**COMPÉTENCES ET QUALITÉS ESSENTIELLES**
- Diplôme d’études postsecondaires dans un domaine pertinent.
- Une certification Blackbaud de niveau professionnel serait un atout.
- Deux (2) années d’expérience dans la gestion d’une base de données complexe, préférablement dans le secteur à but non lucratif.
