**Le ministère de l’Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale** souhaite pourvoir **1 emploi régulier d’agente ou d’agent d’aide financière **au Service régional de la conformité et des enquêtes, situé au **500 boul. des Laurentides, à Saint-Jérôme**.

Par ailleurs, la personne pourra réaliser son emploi en partie en télétravail, selon certaines modalités à convenir et l’entrée en fonction est prévue pour **mars 2023**.

**Attributions**:
Au sein de l'équipe, vous serez en appui aux agentes et agents de gestion d’aide financière en effectuant le traitement de certaines activités en lien avec la conformité réelle et des vérifications plus approfondies afin de valider la vraisemblance ou la véracité des informations fournies par la clientèle et de s’assurer de l’équité de l’aide financière versée.

Votre rôle consistera à:

- Analyser des dossiers à risque de non-conformité ayant été ciblés ou référés par l’agent de gestion d’aide financière et requérant des interventions approfondies en matière de conformité.
- Établir une stratégie d’intervention en fonction des résultats de l’analyse du dossier.
- Établir des contacts téléphoniques, préparer et conduire des entrevues de manière à valider l’information obtenue ou à recueillir auprès de la personne, des tiers, des partenaires du réseau ou autres, des informations nécessaires à la prise de décision et à détecter les situations de non-conformité.
- Initier et de réaliser des activités de conformité.
- Consigner au dossier informatique et physique les informations recueillies, de rendre la décision et de la documenter.

Salaire : 42 900,00$ à 60 231,00$ par an
