**Title**: Records and Information Management Student
**Salary**: $19.38 - $23.12 - $25.44 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Temporary - May to August 30, 2024
**Hours**: 37.5 hours
**Location**: Various offices in the Lower Mainland (Downtown Vancouver offices and Park Royal Head Office), on the ancestral Coast Salish Territories of the Squamish, Musqueam & Tsleil-Waututh Nations. This a 100% on-site/in-office position. Please note, may also be working in our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway, after October 2024.

**About the role**
As Records and Information Management Student, you will provide administrative support to the Records and Information Management team. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks. You will be involved in information sharing, problem solving and supporting in day to day activities and special assignments for the Manager.

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have/be
- Provide support of Record and Information Management initiatives
- Assist with the coordination of a review of files presently stored within existing departments at locations that may relocate in the future
- Support RIM team members in planning and executing various projects
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up
- You may have experience in
- Current completion or enrolment in a bachelor's degree program in, Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related discipline Bachelor
- Knowledge of administration practices, including file management, office procedures and logistics
- Strong working knowledge of various computer software; Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Past experience in projects related to electronic and paper documentation management

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level.

As a health and wellness organization, the FNHA has aligned with the Provincial Public Health Order released on October 14, 2021. We have a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all employees at First Nations Health Authority. This policy requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. If selected for employment, you will be required to provide proof of vaccination by providing a copy of your BC Vaccination Card Passport with the QR code.
