Social Media Channel Growth Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute channel growth strategies: Create and implement effective strategies to grow our social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Identify opportunities for organic growth, audience targeting, and collaborations to maximize channel reach.

Content planning and optimization: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and shareable content specifically tailored for each social media platform. Optimize content to increase visibility, reach, and engagement with the target audience.

Follower engagement and community management: Build and nurture a vibrant online community by proactively engaging with followers, responding to comments, messages, and reviews. Encourage user-generated content and foster positive interactions to enhance brand loyalty and increase organic reach.

Influencer partnerships and collaborations: Identify and forge strategic partnerships with influencers, thought leaders, and relevant brands to amplify our social media presence. Coordinate collaborations, giveaways, and co-promotions to attract new followers and increase brand visibility.

Performance analysis and optimization: Regularly monitor social media metrics, including follower growth, engagement rates, reach, and click-through rates. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Make data-driven recommendations to optimize content, posting schedules, and channel strategies.

Paid advertising campaigns: Collaborate with the advertising team to plan and execute paid social media campaigns aimed at channel growth. Monitor campaign performance, adjust targeting, and optimize ads to drive maximum results.

Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, features, and algorithm updates on social media platforms. Continuously explore emerging platforms and opportunities for growth, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of successfully growing social media channels, preferably in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective channel growth strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create engaging content and interact with followers.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation tools.
- Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated with the latest social media trends and industry developments.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
