The role will be reporting into our Packaging & Fulfillment Manager and will be based in Delta, BC. This is an opportunity to start your career in a high growth and fast paced company.

**We are looking for an outstanding Order Fulfillment Coordinator **who wants to leave a tangible legacy**:

- Approaches problems with curiosity to determine root cause of the issue.
- Willingness to learn, ask questions and proactively identify and improve processes.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities, work in a high-pressure environment and deliver high-quality product under tight timelines.
- Team player that truly believes they are successful when the organization is successful.
- Troubleshoot reoccurring/chronic process problems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Enters orders into our order tracker in a timely manner.
- Allocates finished good product to orders.
- Ensures Planning, Logistics and Production teams are aware of new orders and communicates if re-prioritization of orders is necessary.
- Updates allocation plan based on actual sales and orders received as required.
- Creates Production Run numbers and executes on batch level allocations.
- Flags issues that prevent us from delivering goods in full / on time / with no errors.
- Communicates to relevant teams the projected shortages to POs to try and see if anything can be recouped.
- Tracks reasons and quantities for why we are short to orders, and groups them accordingly to show patterns in shortages.
- Supports pulling data and reporting for on time and in full information.
- Supports the Planning and Production teams in ensuring the batch allocation process considers our inventory, work in progress, constraints, and lead times.
- Supports the Production and Supply Chain teams to ensure that we are filling orders as quickly as possible in conjunction with our allocation rules.
- Ad hoc tasks as required by the business.

**Requirements**:

- Passion and interest for a high pace / high growth start-up environment.
- 1+ year previous work experience within a Supply Chain or Planning function.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
- Proven experience thriving in a role where data accuracy and rigid timelines are essential.
- Self starter who can see opportunities, and in turn, envision and create efficient solutions.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders from all departments at all levels of the organization.
- Previous cannabis experience an advantage but not required.
