Listowel Ford is currently seeking individuals who possess a good work ethic and who are personable.

Reporting to our Sales Manager, the Sales Associate will join our Sales team providing our customers exceptional vehicle purchasing support leading to a great experience.

This is a **SALARIED POSITION **with volume bonuses.

**Responsibilities and Duties(complete training available)**
- Provide customers assistance with selecting and buying a New or Pre Owned vehicle.
- Complete sales documentation
- Field Internet and phone sales inquiries.
- Keep the lot and showroom clean, neat, current, and stocked with automotive vehicle and products.
- Consistently following up with customers and maintain rapport with customers and managers
- Communicate effectively with customers and managers
- Follow all Listowel Ford policies and procedures as outlined in Employee Handbook and by Management

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Previous experience in a Automotive Sales environment is an asset however we can train you
- OMVIC License will be required(we can guide you through that process)
- Relationship-building skills
- Written and oral communication skills
- Customer service ability
- Valid Class "G" driver's license with a clean driver’s abstract
