**Job Description**:
AECOM is in need of a **Project Controls Lead** to work with our client TTC on some of their high-profile public Transit projects.

The job incumbent will be offered a regular, full-time position with AECOM and work on secondment to TTC. The secondment is expected to last one year - with a possibility of extension.

**Job Summary**:
Reporting to ECE Director Project Controls and Risk, the ECE PMO Manager is responsible for leading the development of ECE PMO Procedures and rolled-up project reporting to program/portfolio level status reports.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Integrates the common set of TTC established practices, principles and templates into ECE PMO procedures and instructions.
- Ensures adoption of best practices for consistent approaches, methodology, practices, standards, and templates across the applicable section / department;
- Develop and implement training plans and programs in support of the ECE PMO procedures and tools;
- Reviews and monitor program/project management consistent with the standards and procedures set by the PfMO/ECE PMO;
- Provides the tracking and monitoring of the status of deliverables, risks and benefits of all projects in the group / section at the portfolio level based on the updates received from Project Controls, project and program managers;
- Manages the monthly and quarterly collection, co-ordination, analysis and distribution of rolled-up project reporting to program/portfolio level status reports for Executive/Senior Management, as required;
- Develops strategies and implements solutions for effective data analytics and reporting;
- Develops, implements and manages Project Gate schedules, documentation, reviews, and reporting in coordination with Project Managers;
- Responsible for treating passengers and/or employees with respect and dignity and ensuring the needs of passengers or employees with disabilities are accommodated and/or addressed (within their area of responsibility) in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code and Related Orders so that they can fully benefit from the TTC as a service provider and an employer.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Requirements**:
Bachelor's Degree + Six (6+) years of relevant experience.

Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education may be considered.

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Completion of a post-secondary college diploma or university degree in a related discipline (e.g. technical or business function), with several years of progressive, specialized project controls experience, or a combination of education, training and experience deemed to be equivalent.;
- Professional Engineer (P. Eng), Project Management Professional (PMP), or professional level certification with the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE) are considered assets;
- Extensive work experience in a Project Management Office setting with comprehensive project, program and/or portfolio management experience, including experience working as part of a cross functional team.
- Experience developing and managing Project Portfolio analytics and reporting.
- Experience working with senior management/executive level on projects and programs.
- Good understanding of and experience with end-to-end project lifecycle from the inception to closure, including all project phases related to initiation, planning, executing, controlling, monitoring and closing.
