Panda Luxury Homes, a leading provider in the real estate industry, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. - **Sales Strategy Development**:
- **Market Analysis**: Conducting thorough market research to understand demand, pricing trends, and competition within the strata property market.
- **Sales Planning**: Developing comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets for strata properties.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- **Customer Acquisition**: Identifying and acquiring new clients and sign strata management contract with clients.
- **Customer Retention**: Maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction to foster repeat business and referrals.
- **Marketing and Promotion**:
- **Campaign Management**: Planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote strata management effectively.
- **Advertising**: Overseeing advertising and promotional activities to raise awareness and generate interest in strata management.
- **Negotiation and Sales Process**:
- **Sales Negotiation**: Negotiating terms of sale, prices, and other contract terms with potential clients.
- **Transaction Management**: Overseeing the sales transaction process from initial contact through to contract signing and closing.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- **Performance Reporting**: Providing regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and other relevant metrics to senior management.
- **Financial Analysis**: Analyzing sales data and financial information to evaluate the profitability and success of sales efforts.
- **Collaboration**:
- **Internal Coordination**: Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, finance, and strata managers to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- **External Relations**: Building relationships with external stakeholders including real estate agents, brokers, and property developers to expand sales opportunities.
Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
