**Job description**

You want to lead the disruption in automotive power semiconductor industry with GaN? You enjoy working in highly complex settings and are able to lead and work in global cross-functional teams? You want to play a major part in the expanding our electrical drivetrain business? Then this position is a good match for you As Product Marketing Manager you have a key role in driving the segment’s revenue and profitability growth. You own the development of business strategy and manage the product portfolio to ensure the best positioning in the marketplace.

In your new role, you will:

- **Drive and grow fast developing and dynamic business** of **Automotive GaN**:

- Play a key role in **driving the segment’s revenue, profitability and growth**. You own the development of business strategy and product segment roadmaps
- Closely **interact with Infineon’s regional organizations** for maximizing design ins and design wins
- **Collaborate with an international cross-functional team** of engineers through team-building and foster trustful relationships with all cross-functional stakeholders
- Through interaction with customers and market, **consolidate market intelligence and advise the Product Line **on course of action
- **Shape the global Go-to-Market strategies** for a wide product portfolio
- **Own the pricing strategy and drive complex customer negotiations** in cooperation with other Product Lines and Account Management Teams

You have a genuine interest in shaping the business strategy and you listen actively to the customer and consider his point of view, thoughts, ideas and establish a longstanding relationship

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A **degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a related field** that will give you the needed basis for this task, ideally with a strong familiarity of the automotive semiconductor market. A **background on economics/business administration**, such an MBA is a plus
- At least 5** years of experience** in product marketing, product management, technical marketing, business development or sales in a high-tech environment **in automotive electronics industry**:

- Motivation to **lead, drive and structure cross-functional and cross-regional activities**:

- The **ability to understand technically complex contexts** to consolidate and present them on a higher management level
- **Entrepreneurial mindset** to place the right products in the right market at the right time
- **Strong analytical skills** being able to work with abstract matters and **to communicate complex contexts** in a condensed form
- **Excellent Communication** and presentation skills
- **Fluent English language** skills, German language is an advantage
