**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Create innovative menus and recipes
- Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other team members
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Manage inventory and control food costs
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with management to develop seasonal offerings and special event menus
**Skills**:
- Proven experience in the hospitality or food industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to lead and supervise kitchen staff effectively
- Experience in restaurant management and menu planning
- Proficiency in various cooking techniques and North Indian cuisines
- Need to proficient in Tandoor.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bartending skills are a plus
