**LEEGALS Express Legal Services** is a ‘go to” legal support company, providing searching and filing services. We are expanding our downtown office and are looking for (1) part-time legal clerk to join our team.

**To be considered for this role, here are the skills we’re looking for**:

- Minimum of 2 years in the legal field.
- Minimum of 1 year of office experience and administrative support role.
- Good people skills, customer service and strong communication skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Must be organized, have good time management skills in order to meet deadlines, and follow written and verbal direction.
- Ability to work independently, as well in a team environment.
- Must be reliable.
- Must be bondable and undergo a criminal record check.
- Must be energetic as there is a fair bit of walking involved.
- Must be able to lift 20lbs.
- Must have basic knowledge of legal concepts and documentation.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**: delivering and picking up confidential documents for law firms and government offices within the downtown area, answering/making phone calls, filing documents at the Court House, online research and photocopying.
