Smoke Arsenal is Leading wholesale business for all the smoking and vaping products. Its a B2b business catering customers through online and in store shopping experience.
- Analyze sales from different sales channels and predict patterns and buying trends for customers, locations, and regions.
- Predict purchasing order quantities by analyzing sales, lead times, current inventory, shelf life, discounts, promotions, competition analysis, supply chain issues/concerns, WMS issues/concerns, and other external factors.
- Create weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports about business progress, sales, trending SKUs, and more.
- Clean and filter data and suggest ways to maintain data quality.
- Oversee day-to-day problems and issues related to WMS systems.
- Train new staff to become familiar with WMS systems.
- Setup Barcode Scanners, Printers, Label Generators, and other systems.
- Interconnect the systems over the network and resolve any issues after.
- Set up and test new processes and develop solutions to any new WMS problems
- Coordinate with the department head to improve WMS systems and increase the efficiency of warehouse employees
- Create purchase orders and manage suppliers
- Assist purchasing manager with tracking PO and lead times with suppliers
- Keep a record of all company assets and ensure that all systems are running smoothly
- Check for hardware requirements for new and existing employees and research the best possible solutions
- Set up computers, mobiles, iPads, and other systems, test them, and resolve any issues
- Assist all employees with their system-related issues
- Develop custom features with external partners for the website
- Edit and develop certain sections of the website based on requirements

**Salary**: $53,002.00-$57,604.00 per year
