Your role will involve maximizing team productivity, organizing shop operations, recruiting and nurturing a skilled team, and assigning daily tasks to technicians. **What you bring to the Team**
- Proficient in leadership, coaching, mentoring, and human resource management
- Skilled in customer relationship management, negotiation, and personal development
- Capable of motivating and leading a team, with exceptional communication skills

**Responsibilities**
- Establish and manage a proficient customer service team, overseeing equipment maintenance, workload, and scheduling
- Prioritize work orders efficiently, prepare quotes, and manage warranty policies to optimize cost recovery
- Lead, coach, and motivate the team to meet departmental customer service targets
- Enforce safety policies, participate in safety programs, and ensure a secure work environment
- Uphold the company's commitment to excellent customer service by resolving escalated complaints promptly and professionally
- Develop and execute short and long-term strategies to drive positive experiences for both internal and external customers
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention while adhering to health, safety, and company policies
- Lead by example, supporting and motivating the service team
**Key Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of experience in supervision or team leadership roles
- Demonstrated capability in managing priorities, meeting deadlines, and optimizing workdays for efficient task completion
- Skillful in supervising work assignments and allocating technician resources effectively in the shop environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate diverse individuals and groups with tact and diplomacy
- Aptitude for analyzing and enhancing operational processes and procedures
- Experience with diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems would be advantageous
