**You're invited to make a difference ** as a **full-time Manager, Member Services Team** **in our **Aylmer Branch.**

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape a welcoming and professional member service culture to help members experience banking with purpose. Working collaboratively, you will provide meaningful recognition, hands-on coaching and ongoing development, to support the front line team. You will partner with the branch manager to assure compliance, and meet operational goals and targets for growth.

**Key responsibilities**
- Provide leadership in service delivery through supporting staff member engagement, development and performance
- Ensure member service experience exceeds expectations to build member engagement and loyalty, and support branch growth and retention goals
- Coordinate and lead a variety of branch business development activities
- Manage operational activities to ensure compliance and effective risk management

**Plus, you bring your qualifications and experience**:

- Post-secondary education in a related field
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial services
- Proven skills in prioritizing competing demands and meeting deadlines
- Strong coaching, communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous supervisory experience is an asset
