Looking for a professional, energetic, dynamic and pro-active Real Estate Assistant to support our team and to grow together with us. If you're also self driven with a positive attitude then this is a great opportunity for you.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare offers and assist with all other paperwork
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Uploading listings to MLS system
- Helping with staging of listings
- Preparing CMA's, listing packages and buyer packages
- Booking appointments with vendors etc..
- Managing website, social media platforms and updating CRM
- Maintaining social media presence and running ads
- Handling marketing materials etc..
- Planning and assist in organizing events
- To handle any other administrative duties
Please note that other tasks and responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.
**Requirements**:
Must be passionate about real estate industry and willing to grow within the team
Must have real estate administrative experience
Knowledge or experience in home staging
Must be able to work with mínimal supervision and is highly organized
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience in real estate marketing and running social media ads is a MUST
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent computer skills
Must be available to work flexible hours sometimes evenings and weekends
Must own a car and have a valid driving license
**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
